Swanson Limited Warranty

Swanson products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the original purchase date. If a product is found to be defective, Swanson may, at its option, repair or replace the item.

Exclusions

No damages or other remedies are available beyond repair or replacement at Swanson’s option. Proof of purchase may be required.

Savage™ · Lifetime (original purchaser only)

Savage™ Limited Lifetime Guarantee

Swanson guarantees to the original purchaser that SAVAGE™® branded products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product. Under this guarantee, Swanson will repair or replace products deemed defective in material or workmanship for the life of the product.

Exclusions

All implied guarantees are limited to one year from the purchase date. Swanson is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Savage™ · Lifetime accuracy (original purchaser)

Savage™ Limited Level Accuracy Guarantee

Swanson guarantees that SAVAGE™® Level products will maintain their stated accuracy for life. The vials will not decrease from their accuracy rating.

Exclusions

Bent, twisted, or otherwise physically damaged levels void the guarantee.
